FJcloud-V Object Storage Service is part of Fujitsu’s FJcloud-V cloud platform (formerly NIFCLOUD). It provides pay-as-you-go storage with no capacity limit, hosted across two domestic regions (East Japan and West Japan) for disaster recovery.

The service offers an S3-compatible API, so standard S3 tools and libraries work without changes. A Java SDK with a built-in command-line tool is also available. Multipart upload lets users send large files by splitting them into smaller pieces.

FJcloud-V is registered under ISMAP, Japan’s security assessment program for government systems. The platform can also be paired with Fujitsu’s security add-ons such as web application firewalls, intrusion detection, and VPN.

Some API documentation is available in English through Fujitsu’s global website, though the control panel and primary documentation are in Japanese.
