Tayori is a customer support tool from PR TIMES Inc., a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It runs contact forms, an FAQ site, surveys, an AI chatbot and live chat from one admin console. Live chat requires a paid plan: the free plan covers forms, FAQ and surveys only.
The chat widget is added to a site with a code snippet from the admin console. When operators are offline or cannot reply right away, it shows a form or the FAQ instead, so inquiries are not lost. A survey form can collect the visitor’s details before a chat starts. Visitor browsing history, screen sharing and co-browsing are not documented.
Form submissions land in a shared inbox with reply templates and auto-reply emails. On a smartphone, the admin console is recommended only for replying from the inbox. On the Professional plan and above, forms connect to Chatwork, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Signup is self-service, and paid plans offer a free trial.
