PassLogic is a multi-factor authentication platform from Passlogy Co., Ltd., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s TOKYO PRO Market. Sold as a cloud service, an on-premises package or a dedicated cloud server, it strengthens sign-in to VPNs, virtual desktops, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) services and Microsoft 365. It also offers SAML 2.0 single sign-on, RADIUS and access rules by department or source IP address.

Its core method, patented in Japan and abroad, derives a one-time password from a matrix table in the browser, so users need no token and no fixed password. Eight other methods can be added, including hardware tokens, face recognition and Login Protect, which rejects even a correct password until the user allows sign-in in the mobile app.

Windows MFA
An agent on Windows PCs and servers replaces the Windows sign-in with the matrix password, a token or Login Protect, then signs the user in to connected systems.

Device Certs
Client certificates block PCs and smartphones the organization has not authorized.

AD Sync
User records can live in Active Directory (LDAP), Microsoft Entra ID or PassLogic itself. Automatic updates from AD work only in the on-premises package, while the cloud edition takes CSV uploads and Entra ID sync.

Reverse proxy integration and UI customization also need the package. Face recognition and an authentication API are paid options. SaaS account provisioning and FIDO2 support are not documented.
