WAN-Sign, provided by NX Wanbishi Archives (part of the Nippon Express Group), is a Japanese e-signature and contract management platform focused on high-security and compliance use cases. It leverages GMO GlobalSign certificates and Seiko timestamping, with ISO/IEC-27001 and PrivacyMark certifications, and is trusted by financial and government institutions.

WAN-Sign supports Advanced Electronic Signature through both certificate-based and email-based signing (or a hybrid combination) fully compliant with Japan’s Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business.

Users can define internal approval routes, manage templates, track signing progress, and enable multi-party parallel signing. Hanko-style visual seals can be overlaid on documents for formality, in addition to cryptographic signing. Paper contracts can also be digitized and managed alongside electronic ones.

The platform includes full-text search, deadline alerts, folder-level permissions, CSV/API integration, and access via web or mobile interface.

WAN-Sign supports bilingual operation in Japanese and English, including the sender dashboard, recipient-facing signing interface, and notification emails.
