A free plan is available for teams that want to try the service before committing. All plans include unlimited users, unlimited sending, and AI-powered tools that automatically pull out and organize key details from completed documents.

Higher-tier plans add features for larger organizations, such as confidential document handling, network-based login restrictions, single sign-on, and approval permissions. A paper document import tool and developer API are also available for companies bringing physical and digital contracts into one system.

Signing screens support English and Chinese, letting recipients in those languages review and complete contracts directly.
