SignTime, developed by SignTime Inc. in Tokyo, is a Japanese e-signature and contract management platform offering secure digital workflows. It supports multiple file formats (PDF and Office formats like Word and Excel), reusable templates, and signing via email or SMS.

SignTime provides Advanced Electronic Signatures, compliant with Japan’s Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business, including two-factor authentication, access codes, audit trails, password protection, and optional long-term PDF signatures (PAdES) with AmanoSecure timestamps valid for up to 10 years.

The platform includes drag-and-drop template creation, internal approval workflows, multi-party signing, bulk sending via CSV, document tagging and search, alerts, custom branding, team and role management, web/mobile access and API integration.
