GMO Sign, by GMO GlobalSign Holdings, is a cloud-based e-signature and contract management platform widely used by businesses in Japan. It supports PDF signing, signing process automation with templates and approvers, and secure document storage.

GMO Sign provides Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) with email or PIN-based authentication, audit trails, and cryptographic signing in compliance with Japan’s Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business.

The platform includes a flexible workflow builder (with templates and approvers), batch sending, real-time status tracking, and administrative features such as user and group management, as well as OTP-based login.

GMO Sign supports multiple languages—including English, Chinese, and Spanish—for recipient-facing UI and email notifications. Additional languages such as Portuguese, Thai, Burmese, and Vietnamese are also supported.
