BtoB Platform Contract (by Infomart) is a cloud-based electronic contract and workflow platform designed for peer-to-peer business transactions in Japan. It supports fully digital contract execution and storage, with both issuers and recipients able to complete agreements entirely online.

The service provides Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES), combining PDF signatures, timestamps, and signatures from Infomart’s CA to ensure legal enforceability under Japanese law. It also incorporates blockchain-based tamper resistance.

Users can define internal approval workflows, manage templates, track contract progress, invite multiple parties, and digitize paper documents. The platform also offers full-text search, deadline alerts, folder organization, and CSV/API access via web and mobile.
