It helps teams draft emails, analyze data, and plan work from a single browser-based tool, with no dedicated environment to set up. The service is built on AI know-how developed inside the Rakuten Group.
Several functions sit in one place: teams can build chatbots for FAQs and internal questions, upload audio recordings to produce meeting minutes, run research across multiple sources into report form, and analyze uploaded CSV and Excel files as tables and charts. Administrators can turn the research and data analysis features on or off for each user.
Security is a core focus. The service automatically detects and masks personal information, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses, before anything is sent to the AI. This lowers the risk of data leaks. Single sign-on keeps user management simple by connecting to a company’s existing identity system. Input data is not used to train the AI without consent.
