The AI clarifies what a caller needs, such as their name, dates, or party size, and handles tasks like reservations, questions, and cancellations. Push-button menus can route calls by topic, and the system works with a company’s existing phone number, so there is no need to acquire a new line or change carriers.

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized automatically, and the AI can send a follow-up SMS or notify staff over email and chat tools once the call ends.
