Tocaro is a business chat from CTC SP, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITOCHU Techno-Solutions. Alongside chat with threads and read status, it covers task-based project management, file sharing with automatic versioning and video calls with screen sharing.

The cloud edition is sold as flat monthly packs for a set number of users, not per-user licenses. Every pack includes all features and security controls, and higher packs add usage reports, chat support and outsourced administration. An initial setup fee applies even without the paid onboarding services, and larger organizations ask for a quote.

Single sign-on and two-step authentication come standard. Administrators can also restrict access by IP address, limit which mobile devices connect, assign five permission levels and export operation and chat logs on a schedule.

Members can request approval from a manager or a whole department, and step-based approval flows handle simple reviews and commuting expense reimbursement.

A public API covers messages and tasks, and per-group webhooks reach other services through iPaaS tools such as Zapier. Built-in integrations store shared files in Box instead of on Tocaro servers and create Zoom meetings. Azure AD integration for user management is a paid option.

A private cloud edition on dedicated AWS infrastructure and an on-premises package that runs without internet access are priced on inquiry.
