Team Techo is a business chat app from DreamNet’s, Inc., built to strengthen ties between coworkers. Its site displays the Privacy Mark, a Japanese certification for personal data handling.
Alongside business stamps (stickers sent in place of text), members send Premium Cards for thanks or praise. A ranking of cards received can feed award programs. An admin dashboard charts monthly messages and stamps by department and person. An organization health check uses card and stamp counts to gauge activity levels.
Talk rooms show read status, and late joiners can read earlier messages. Business partners and other outsiders can join as guests. Events arranged in a talk room can be added directly to a shared calendar, and a library stores text and files in folders.
Administrators add accounts by CSV upload and set password rules. They also choose a 547-day or unlimited retention period for chat content.
The official site lists no API, task management, approval workflow or voice and video calling, and only two separately contracted integrations. One links Ricoh multifunction printers for remote print reservations and sharing scans and received faxes. The other links an employee health management service.
There is no free plan, only a shared demo. Companies apply online, then complete a written application. The vendor may temporarily suspend access if the paperwork takes over 30 days. Pricing is per account, plus a setup fee and minimum term.
