ShareTalk is a business chat service from SalesOne, built for field work in manufacturing, maintenance, factories, warehouses and field engineering. Teams use it in a web browser or in the iOS and Android apps.

Each user can preset the managers and colleagues who should receive their reports. One message then reaches a remote department head, a branch manager and coworkers at once. Group chats keep every exchange, so the history can stand in for meeting minutes and daily reports. Most data files can be shared in their original format.

The vendor’s StampFlow system adds RFID-based tracking of equipment checkouts, inventory, calibration and transfers. With a patented functional stamp (chat sticker) feature, StampFlow also supports multilingual chat with foreign staff. Older feature pages describe its in-house AI turning messages into tickets ranked by urgency and importance, then sending rule-based replies once the user confirms them.

The service connects through APIs to web tools a company already uses, so chat works as an added function of those tools. The vendor also proposes integrations with file sharing and document management systems such as SharePoint.

Registration on the website is free, and a free trial period is offered. Three flat monthly plans differ in user count, attachment archive size and features. The two lower plans restrict some functions and leave out search and file server integration, which only the top plan includes. Custom builds fitted to a company’s needs and budget are also offered.
