CrewWorks is an all-in-one communication tool from Techno Mind Corporation, based in Sendai. It puts chat, tasks, file sharing and web meetings on one screen. Each task, project and file has its own chat room, so the discussion is stored next to the work.

Tasks appear as a list, kanban board, Gantt chart or calendar. Paid plans add project management with a work breakdown structure (WBS), task dependencies, effort tracking, and earned value and earned schedule analysis (EVM/ESM).

Every plan includes an AI assistant that answers questions about stored information and an agent that suggests related knowledge for tasks and meetings. AI minutes transcribe meeting recordings and draft minutes. Usage draws on a monthly credit allowance set by the plan.

The free plan has no time limit but caps users, storage, search history, meeting size and length, and AI credits, and excludes project management.

Paid plans have a minimum number of users and give no refund on early cancellation. They include free outside users up to a limit tied to the contracted seats.

The service runs on AWS with automatic backups and two-factor authentication by SMS or email. The vendor states that it operates under the Privacy Mark, a Japanese certification for personal data handling, and information security management system (ISMS) certification.

The iOS app lists English as a supported language. The website and support are in Japanese only.
