Value Server is a low-cost shared hosting service from GMO Digirock, Inc., run alongside the Value Domain registrar. It is one of the cheaper SSD-backed options in the Japanese market.

Even the lowest plans include free SSL, automatic backups with multiple saved versions, and access to PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, FTP, and SSH. Higher plans add unlimited email accounts and databases and more storage.

The service comes with a control panel, spam and virus filtering, and support for WordPress and other CMS tools. Because it is tied in with Value Domain, you can manage hosting and domains from the same account.
