LINE VOOM is a short video platform built into the LINE messaging app from LY Corporation. It replaced the LINE Timeline in 2021 and focuses on short-form video content similar to TikTok, with a For You feed that recommends content based on your interests alongside posts from people you follow.

You can post videos, photos, and text without any limits, and the service is completely free. Businesses using LINE Official Accounts can also post to VOOM without message limits. The platform lets you share posts directly to LINE chats and discover new creators through hashtags and search.

Creators who reach 500 followers and 50 hours of watch time in the past month can earn money through the Creator Program, which shares ad revenue from video views.

The LINE app supports multiple languages including English, Chinese, and Korean, though of course VOOM content language depends on what creators post.
