PAREA-API is a data API series from Kokusai Kogyo, a surveying and geospatial company in the MIRAIT ONE Group. It has two products: Static, which delivers census demographics, facility locations, and area boundary data; and Dynamic, which streams real-time disaster alerts. Both are designed for use inside CRM, sales, and BI tools rather than map display, and work alongside separate map APIs.

The Static API provides neighborhood-level population, household, and industry figures for store area analysis and customer distribution mapping.

The Dynamic API delivers earthquake intensity, weather warnings, typhoon tracks, tsunami alerts, and landslide warnings in real time. It is used for business continuity planning and employee safety workflows, with fixed-rate pricing for predictable costs.
