BizXaaS MaP API is a cloud-based mapping platform from NTT Data that gives enterprise teams access to ZENRIN residential maps (updated monthly), land price records, satellite imagery, and district boundary data through a single API. It connects with Salesforce and other CRM and BI tools through its Location Manager module. Typical use cases include property management, field sales, and area marketing.

The platform supports mobile access, licensed map printing, and AI-based forecasts for population trends and land prices. It is available only under direct corporate contract and has been adopted by financial institutions, real estate companies, and local governments across Japan.

Census population and economic figures are available at the municipality and small-area grid level for store planning, coverage analysis, and reporting inside business systems.
