Trust Login is an IDaaS platform from GMO GlobalSign K.K., which also runs an SSL certificate authority. It runs in Japanese data centers and provides single sign-on over SAML, OpenID Connect or HTTP Basic authentication.
It also keeps a ledger of SaaS apps and accounts, helps control shadow IT (unapproved apps) and analyzes license cost. These come in a SaaS management plan with basic single sign-on, or bundled with all authentication features.
Form SSO
For apps without SAML or OpenID Connect, a browser extension fills in each user’s stored ID and password. The catalogue lists over 9,000 services, plus in-house login forms.
AD Sync
Profiles and account status sync from Active Directory, and users can sign in with their AD password. Accounts can also be created from Microsoft Entra ID and synced with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
FIDO2
Passkeys replace the password, and desktop SSO signs users in through their Windows login or Windows Hello.
Device Certs
Sign-in can be limited to devices holding a certificate. Like passkeys, this is missing from the SaaS management plan.
Listed plans are paid, with a 30-user minimum and a 12-month contract. A free trial is available.
In September 2026, the company disclosed that a storage misconfiguration exposed customer data, mostly email addresses and some billing contacts. It says no passwords, MFA data or card details were included.
