PayPal and credit card payments are available even on the free plan, and an official WordPress plugin makes embedding forms simple. Forms support answer-based branching, file uploads, auto-reply emails, CSV export, and Google Sheets integration. Email notifications are sent through a verified delivery service so they are less likely to land in spam folders.

The free plan lets users create unlimited forms (with ads) and includes secure connections, spam protection, and PayPal payments. Paid plans remove ads and add more fields, longer log storage, and custom domains.
