FormBridge is a web form builder from Toyokumo Inc., purpose-built for kintone. It lets organizations create public-facing forms that save submissions straight into kintone app records, so customers and partners can submit data without needing their own kintone license.

Forms are created with drag-and-drop editing and support answer-based branching, multi-page step forms, file uploads, and custom styling through CSS and JavaScript. A virtual waiting room queues visitors during traffic spikes from registrations or campaigns. FormBridge works alongside other Toyokumo products (kViewer, kMailer, PrintCreator) to cover the full kintone workflow. A kintone Standard plan or above is required.
