Biz Storage File Share is a corporate file transfer and online storage service from NTT Communications (now NTT Docomo Business). It uses a fixed monthly fee based on disk capacity rather than per-user billing, which keeps costs predictable for larger organizations.

The service includes supervisor approval before sending, send cancellation for misdirected files, IP-based access restrictions, two-factor authentication, and shared folders with version management. An optional archive function provides long-term storage of sent files. All data is hosted in NTT Group’s domestic data centers, and the service holds Privacy Mark certification.
