Capy is a login security platform from Capy Inc. that protects websites from bots, spam, and unauthorized logins. Instead of typing distorted text, visitors prove they are human with a single drag-and-drop on a computer or one swipe on a phone, which keeps the check quick for real users while blocking automated traffic.

The service layers several defenses behind that simple puzzle. It watches each user’s login patterns, such as their usual IP address and time of day, and asks for a second verification step only when something looks suspicious, so normal logins stay friction-free. Capy also pools attacker data across every site that runs it, so an attacker spotted on one site can be blocked across the whole network.

Capy offers FIDO (Fast Identity Online)-certified biometric login through its Secure Pass app, letting users sign in with a fingerprint or face scan instead of a password. Sites can add it by dropping in a small piece of JavaScript or calling an API, without building a separate mobile app.

The service works in both Japanese and English, and the visual puzzle itself needs no text, so it reads the same regardless of the user’s language.
